ComfortCool is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
We aim for ComfortCool.com to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
All primary text meets 4.5:1 contrast ratio against backgrounds.
All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard.
Visible focus rings on all focusable elements.
Content reflows at up to 400% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
In progress — testing with NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We conduct annual accessibility audits and include accessibility requirements in our design and development process. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days and implement fixes for critical issues within 30 days.
