We'll schedule a freight carrier to pick up the unit from your home at no cost to you. You don't need to repackage it — we'll provide instructions for securing it for transit.
Once the unit is picked up, we process your full refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping is also refunded for returns within 60 days.
Installed units are accepted for return as long as they have not been damaged by improper installation. We do not charge a restocking fee. Custom-configured units with non-standard dampers or controls may be subject to a 15% restocking fee — contact us before ordering if you have questions.
